We are trained according to the guidelines of the German Mediation Association and have years of experience in mediation, conducting (intercultural) training programmes, consultation and facilitation. We have different professional and academic backgrounds and have acquired a range of additional qualifications.

Worked as a consultant and expert for the German Civil Peace Service (ZFD/GIZ) in Peru and Cambodia for several years. Workes as Trainer in Ayacucho/Peru and Berlin.

Tejan Lamboi

Mediator, Trainer, Open Space Facilitator, Master Intercultural Conflict Management

Has worked with several NGOs as Project Consultant in Germany and Sierra Leone. Correspondent for “The Democrat Newspaper” at the Special Court for Sierra Leone in Freetown and The Hague.

Juliane Westphal

Mediator (M.A.), Intercultural Trainer(dgikt), Open Space Facilitator

Worked for the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) in Liberia and was in charge of TRC follow-up projects in Sierra Leone. Managed development communication projects in Zambia and Brussels, produced radio documentaries and initiated art projects.
